PTC Madison

Since its founding in 2022, PTC Madison has been, and will continue to be, the laboratory where we develop content, strategy, and mission. We continually seek to make pastors in surrounding areas into better theologians for the unity and resiliency of the big “C” Church.

Pastors David Bartosik and Jeremy Scott lead the flagship collective.

PTC Madison Team

David

David Bartosik began serving as Lead Pastor at Hillcrest Bible Church in Oregon, Wisconsin in 2019. He is passionate about awakening affections for God and seeing those affections satisfied in God. David holds a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Biola University.

David and his wife, Casey, married in 2009 and have four children—three of whom they fostered to adoption. In his spare time, he is an avid reader, especially enjoying the works of Eugene Perterson and John Piper. He also enjoys weekly basketball, a good cup of Wonderstate Coffee in Viroqua, and exploring the driftless region of Wisconsin through fly fishing. You can schedule a time to chat with David about ministry, faith, or life via his Calendly.

Jeremy

Jeremy Scott serves as the Lead Pastor at Memorial Baptist Church in Verona, Wisconsin. Originally from the Detroit area of Michigan, he grew up in a Christian home and felt a calling to pastoral ministry from an early age. He pursued this calling by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, followed by a Master of Arts and Master of Divinity in Theological Studies, and a Doctorate in Educational Ministry from Southern Seminary.

Before moving to Wisconsin, Jeremy served churches in Rhode Island and Illinois. His leadership at Memorial Baptist Church is marked by a commitment to theological education and pastoral care. He is also involved in broader ministry efforts, serving as a board member for Light of Life International, an organization dedicated to supporting church planters in the Middle East.

Beyond his pastoral duties, Jeremy is an avid University of Michigan and Detroit Lions fan, a passion that stands out in Badger/Packer territory. More important than sports though, Jeremy enjoys reading and spending quality time with his wife, Anouk, and their two children, Michaela and Isaiah.
