Pastor-Theologian Collective with Jim Domen - M.Div.

Jim Domen has pastored since 2004 and earned his Master of Divinity from Azusa Pacific

University in 2008. He is a Recorded (Ordained) Conservative Evangelical Friends Pastor,

Life Coach, and founder of ChurchUnited.com, an organization that equips pastors to

use their influence beyond the church and speak truth to power. The Church United

network includes over 2,500 pastors, and Church United has provided over 500

scholarships to take pastors to Washington, D.C., and other state capitals.

A lifelong advocate for health and discipline, Jim is a 140.6-mile Ironman, having

completed the full Ironman-distance triathlon of a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, and

26.2-mile run. Today, he lifts weights six days a week to stay in shape.

Jim is also President of the Global Rainbow Crossers Alliance, representing 70 nations of

Former LGBT people. He and his wife, Amanda, have been married for more than 17

years and have three children ages 8, 10, and 12. On March 29, 2026, they began a new

church in their home.

Jim is the author of Not a Mistake: Parents’ Hope for Their Gay Son and Breaking Sin’s

Grasp: Your Temptation Doesn’t Define You. He is also the creator of The Button Kids, a

children’s book series teaching a Christian understanding of God’s design for the

sexes—male and female. The series includes God Created Male and Female (ages birth–

2), God Created Man, Woman, and BABIES! (ages 3–5), and Boys and Girls Are Different
